My name is Ronald Williams and this is my tenth year teaching and first year at Poston Butte High School. I began my teaching career in an online setting in Mesa and have since taught many different levels of mathematics (both middle school and high school) in Casa Grande, Coolidge and Eloy. In addition to this, I have recently returned from teaching local students for two years in the United Arab Emirates. My educational background consists of a Master's degree in secondary education from the University of Phoenix and two Bachelor's degrees from Illinois State University in Biology and Computer Science. I am very passionate about mathematics because it is just fun. I also love mathematics because it can be used to solve many real world problems in many fields and I truly enjoy helping students discover this fact.

I currently live in Coolidge, AZ with my wife and three children. One of the things that my family and I greatly enjoy is traveling to new places and seeing new things. Some of our more memorable trips include two weeks in Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands and a two week Eastern Mediterranean Cruise. Other activities that I find relaxing are cooking and DIY projects like building my own furniture.
